Actress Millie Bobby Brown, best known for her role in the hit show Stranger Things, recently announced her engagement to her long-time boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi, via an Instagram post. The post features a photo of the happy couple, with Brown wearing a ring on her engagement finger, and a caption that includes a line from Taylor Swift’s song “Lover.”
The caption reads, “I have loved you for three summers now and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, honey.” Swift, who Brown referenced in her post, liked the announcement.
This is not the first time that Brown has shared her love for Swift’s music. In a video from 2020, the couple can be seen singing along to Swift’s song “All Too Well” in the car.

Brown and Bongiovi first went public with their relationship in June 2021 and confirmed it in November of the same year.
There is no direct relationship between Millie Bobby Brown’s engagement and Taylor Swift’s recent breakup with actor Joe Alwyn, whom she had been dating since 2016. Swift’s current relationship status is unknown and has not been confirmed.
Taylor Swift is currently on her Eras Tour, her sixth headlining concert tour, which encompasses all of her albums, including the most recent one, Midnights. The tour was originally scheduled for 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Swift’s next performance will be at NRG Stadium in Houston, where she will perform three shows on April 21, 22, and 23, as part of her Eras tour.
