I did this SPECIFICALLY to enhance the quality of my fans’ experience, handling it directly with my dedicated team who share the same passion for my fans as I do,” she wrote, among other things.
She further elaborated, “It’s incredibly challenging for me to entrust an external entity with these relationships and loyalties. It pains me to witness mistakes unfold without any means of recourse. There are numerous reasons why people encountered difficulties while attempting to purchase tickets, and I am determined to find ways to enhance this situation in the future.”
“I won’t offer any excuses on behalf of anyone because we explicitly inquired multiple times if they were capable of managing such high demand, and they assured us they could. While it’s undeniably incredible that 2.4 million people secured tickets, it frustrates me greatly that many of them felt as if they endured numerous bear attacks in the process.”
“And for those who couldn’t secure tickets, all I can express is my earnest desire to create more chances for all of us to come together and sing these songs,” she emphasized. “Your eagerness to be a part of it means the world to me.”
In June, Swift disclosed her plans to take her show overseas, embarking on a tour across Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.”
